During my stay at Rotana, every aspect of the hotel was impeccable, exceeding even my high expectations. The exceptional service provided by Mahmoud at the reception truly stood out, as he went above and beyond to assist in all our arrangements, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our wedding anniversary. Our romantic dinner, arranged by the helpful Mohamed, was an absolute highlight, set against the stunning backdrop of the beach. The room with a private pool provided a unique and luxurious experience, despite the pool not being heated, we found it to be excellent.Furthermore, the friendly and attentive team, from the security personnel to the waiters and spa staff, made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. The stunning sunset pool offered a peaceful retreat with its breathtaking views and ample space to relax. In particular, the jacuzzi was a delightful indulgence, and the beach was truly fantastic. The evening entertainment, including a mesmerizing dance show, added a touch of magic to our nights at the hotel.In conclusion, Rotana's impeccable property maintenance, courteous staff, and wide array of activities truly set it apart. From the inclusive packages with unlimited drinks and snacks to the thoughtful evening activities for families, every detail was thoughtfully crafted to ensure a memorable stay.
