the staff at every junction went way beyond to make our stay comfortable. the property is very beautiful and a good place for a break. the location, atmosphere, beach, and the breakfast options were also top-notch.

the villas were spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding lakes made the location ideal and relaxing. the breakfast had many options, and my family loved cinnamon restaurant. the staff - especially the check-in counter member who allowed us to check in early, and mr. taha from guest relations - were very supportive and professional.

The private pool and sea view were amazing, and the friendly and helpful staff made the stay excellent. The location was perfect, with a direct path to a clean and clear beach for relaxing and chilling.
Felt like part of the family, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely amazing! The highlight was the stunning villa with a private pool, perfect for our family. We loved the peaceful ambience and coastal traditional vibe that transported us to another world. The location was superb, close to the ocean and within walking distance to various amenities and pools. The infinity pool with its temperature control and breathtaking view was a definite favorite.
Slow golf car service to the beach and delayed check-in process.

We were amazed by the beautiful views at Rotana, especially from our premium room. The fast and helpful service made our stay truly enjoyable. The variety of delicious restaurants and clean facilities added to the great experience. we highly recommend this hotel.
